Hospital visits, hospital stays, surgeries…we get for free! A lot of American’s I know have to pay a ton for health care! Check out NC health insurance if you live in NC!!! Could be some help to you.
I think the US really needs to be a little more like Canada with health care… everyone needs it, no one should be denied.
Things have been pretty stressful to say the least. I’ve lost so much weight from stress and not eating right. Obviously I’m not bothered by it, but my body is. It’s not liking my crappy eating habits at the moment. I got on the scales and I’ve lost over 20lbs in the last month. HOLY MOLY! That’s a lot… I’ve complained a lot about losing the rest of my baby weight, but this wasn’t how I wanted to do it. Oh well. Now it’s time to start eating right again, and hopefully keep the pounds off!
We might be making a HUGE change soon. Well, we will be. It’s just a matter of time… When I find out I will for sure to post. Until then, you must wait and wonder ;)
There’s been a gross heat wave going on. I do not like. Yesterday I got a nasty burn on my shoulders and my back. It hurts.. :/ I of course put sun screen on the kids but NEVER remember myself. Guess I’ll learn.. and if not, I shall suffer.
Waiting to hear some good news this morning. Keep your fingers crossed. Soon as I find out I will post… eeee, I hate waiting to find out ANYTHING. I’m so impatient!
Now, I say it way too much on here. If you are going to use diet pill please check out all information first. dietpillreviews.net is a great place to start. I highly suggest against it, but if you feel you need them then please do your homework. Diet, exercise and hard work can get you how you want to be without taking any pills.

I dunno about you but I have been taking advantage of this beautiful weather. I talk a lot about the fact I want to lose the rest of my baby weight, I’ve been doing horribly at getting rid of it but it’s because I’ve been so busy with my 4 little ones. I was searching online when I came across nuphedragen. Like I always say these types of things aren’t for me I’m doing it the old fashioned way… But if you do feel like going the pill route please do your research I cannot stress it enough!
I’ll be the first to admit I love food. I love, love, love food. Especially after my pregnancy for Jayden. I ate what I wanted, whenever I wanted because that would be my last pregnancy and I was going to enjoy it. But, now I’m paying for it. I’m not a huge whale or anything but I still have a bit of weight to lose. It is however very hard to find diets that work. Healthy eating, daily exercise are great ways to lose weight but I’m impatient and need to do more to help… Hopefully, I can find something. I plan to walk, do jogs and a bunch of wii fitness games sooner rather than later.. I can’t wait to blog about it all!

I’ve mentioned it a few times on here that if you are trying to lose weight there are other things to do than take diet pills. Taking things like apidexin could work for you but its very highly unlikey unless you really change up some things in your life. The way you eat, the way you exercise.. All factors in losing weight, keeping it off etc. So again, I caution anyone planning, or already taking diet pills to educate yourself and know all the facts.
I’ve been looking up a lot of stuff on the internet lately. More specific recipes which I then in turn look up facts about how fat it is, how good for you it is/isn’t and all those things. Most meals I make are very good for us, or at least I always put veggies and stuff for my sides. I came across a conjugated linoleic acid article and I was surprised to read that it can help build muscle, fight cancer, burn fat, increase calorie burning, and acts as an antioxidant. Pretty neat huh? It’s found in Beef, and dairy products. I can’t eat beef, but its a neat to know it helps fight cancer, build muscle.. etc etc.
Do your research. You find out lots! :)
Well, you’d better believe I’ve learned! Last night I was feeling pretty awkward due to AF arriving a few days early. It is wearing me out this time around.. Anyways, when my hubby got home from work I suggested we order KFC for dinner. They have great meal deal’s, I’ve been craving it for a while and I forgot about my gallstones. Big mistake. I ate one little piece of chicken because I wasn’t too hungry when it got here and at 3a this morning I was up and in the middle of another gallbladder attack. How can I forget such a thing you are probably wondering? I do it all the time. The other day I bought a sub and it was meatball. Soon as I got home I realized I can’t eat meatball because Hamburger meat is what puts me into an attack every single time. I am always able to eat chicken so I must have just forgotten how much grease is in KFC chicken because boy did it end up really causing me pain.
I was sobbing in bed at 5a because the pain was just too horrible. My hubby woke up and suggested I go to the hospital. I didn’t want to go, what were they going to do because here they make you wait for surgeries like that and the list is long so I didn’t want to go to be drugged up alone at the hospital. So, I took the last pill half I had of my percocet from my last attack that the hospital prescribed me and I laid in bed trying to just occupy myself with my phone and twitter so I didn’t focus on the pain. Chase kept getting up coming to put his head on me to see if I was okay. My hubby kept telling me to go to the hospital.. then he realized what I had eaten and he’s like “OMG KFC!” yep. Yummy, mean KFC! I won’t be eating that again, ever. I’m feeling like crap now. My whole stomach is killing me I don’t know why. I took some advil, pepto and gravol so it seems to be under control right now. Thank goodness.
I really think I could use an Orlando vacation. Or some other place nice and hot. I’m so tired lately, and I’m not sure why. Sure I have 4 kids but I’m never as tired as I have been the past 2 weeks. It’s really horrible. By the time the kids bedtime rolls around I’m too tired myself to even enjoy any “quiet time” . . . I am making a doctors appointment soon so I want to see if they can check my iron and maybe see if that could be the cause. I’m not too sure, but I get enough sleep at night and I never over do things. I just really hate feeling tired all the time.

Are you into body building or using supplements? I’d hope everyone would read body building supplement reviews before doing these things. I am a person who reads about EVERYTHING. Even if I think I know the answers, I’ll look it up just to be sure. Can’t hurt right? It’s always better to be safe than sorry… At least I think so! :)
