I can’t believe it’s already the last day of April. This month seems to have flown by.. We’ve been so busy, the weather has been rather nice I didn’t even notice how quickly it went by! Here’s to hoping May is a great month!

Well, as most of you who frequent my blog know my hubby got a new job a few weeks ago. He’s now got two, but thank goodness for job #2 because the night before last I just happened to go to our local paper website and saw that an underground parking garage at my husband’s new place of employment (job #1) collapsed. It’s just under the restaurant where he works (it’s a hotel) and the next morning we got a phone call telling us about it from his boss. His work will now be closed for 2 weeks. I’m so glad no one was hurt when this occurred, and I’m even more glad he wasn’t working there that night. He was scheduled to work yesterday, which obviously didn’t happen. So glad he has this other job which is Mon - Fri from 730a to 4p and he works it when hes not working at the hotel.. so he’s been there all week. Thank goodness for us because we can’t have him out of a job even if it is just for 2 weeks. There was another better picture posted but I couldn’t seem to find it just now. No one was hurt, and they aren’t sure what caused it to collapse but they are doing a few investigations I will post when it’s released. So moving on..I’m feeling well after my attack yesterday. I had a little dinner and didn’t eat much after that last night. I was a little afraid to eat. But, all is well. Today I have a headache which feels like it’s quickly turning into a migraine. I’m hoping when Jayden wakes up and I can go into my room that I’ll be able to take one of my migraine meds and it will work quickly but we’ll see. Lately, I have been feeling so great when it comes to my headaches/migraines ever since my migraine med dose was upped. I have a feeling this one today is due to my AF though. Fun. Not.

Hmm, I have to run out later on when my hubby gets home from work. I want to run to the Bulk Barn and get some baking/cooking goods and I have to go to the grocery store. I can’t believe the amount of fruit, veggies, snacks and food we go through in a month. I swear every 20ish days I’m back at the grocery store! I do huge shops too.. Where do these kids put it all???? ::JEALOUS::

I am not a fan of smoking or cigars but Black and Mild cigars aren’t so bad smelling. I suppose! ;) A friend of mine enjoys a cigar and when hes around it doesn’t bother me. I’d prefer that to smoking. The smell of cigarette smoke really gets to me, and I don’t like it around my kids at all! Totally random, but I wanted to throw this in here!

Well, you’d better believe I’ve learned! Last night I was feeling pretty awkward due to AF arriving a few days early. It is wearing me out this time around.. Anyways, when my hubby got home from work I suggested we order KFC for dinner. They have great meal deal’s, I’ve been craving it for a while and I forgot about my gallstones. Big mistake. I ate one little piece of chicken because I wasn’t too hungry when it got here and at 3a this morning I was up and in the middle of another gallbladder attack. How can I forget such a thing you are probably wondering? I do it all the time. The other day I bought a sub and it was meatball. Soon as I got home I realized I can’t eat meatball because Hamburger meat is what puts me into an attack every single time. I am always able to eat chicken so I must have just forgotten how much grease is in KFC chicken because boy did it end up really causing me pain.

I was sobbing in bed at 5a because the pain was just too horrible. My hubby woke up and suggested I go to the hospital. I didn’t want to go, what were they going to do because here they make you wait for surgeries like that and the list is long so I didn’t want to go to be drugged up alone at the hospital. So, I took the last pill half I had of my percocet from my last attack that the hospital prescribed me and I laid in bed trying to just occupy myself with my phone and twitter so I didn’t focus on the pain. Chase kept getting up coming to put his head on me to see if I was okay. My hubby kept telling me to go to the hospital.. then he realized what I had eaten and he’s like “OMG KFC!” yep. Yummy, mean KFC! I won’t be eating that again, ever. I’m feeling like crap now. My whole stomach is killing me I don’t know why. I took some advil, pepto and gravol so it seems to be under control right now. Thank goodness.

I really think I could use an Orlando vacation. Or some other place nice and hot. I’m so tired lately, and I’m not sure why. Sure I have 4 kids but I’m never as tired as I have been the past 2 weeks. It’s really horrible. By the time the kids bedtime rolls around I’m too tired myself to even enjoy any “quiet time” . . . I am making a doctors appointment soon so I want to see if they can check my iron and maybe see if that could be the cause. I’m not too sure, but I get enough sleep at night and I never over do things. I just really hate feeling tired all the time.

I’ve been looking at fun things to do with the kids lately. Jordan came up with a great idea and I thought I’d check online. He wants us to get some posters and put them on their walls around the wall stickers. I thought of this too but I don’t like any of the posters. So, I found poster printing online. We can custom design our own posters, and they can get exactly what they want. I’d rather do that then spend $5.99 on posters that they have to go with just because its what they have in store. Jordan’s room is Transformers and the girls is Dora. They both have border and wall stickers. The girls room walls are painted bubble gum pink and Jordan’s is a really dark blue. I think its such a cute idea… to make our own posters! :D

Do you know what is heaven? The limited edition Cookie Dough Drumstick that’s what! Oh boy, I swear I could gain all my pregnancy weight back by eating those things! You’d think I was pregnant by how yummy they are, and the way I’ve been craving them. Oh well, With all the walking I’ve been doing lately with the dog and kids I can burn whatever I eat off… right? RIGHT! They are delicious though.. My hubby loves them too, and he isn’t a huge fan of sweets. If you can find them, give them a try.. You won’t be disappointed! I try to keep my sweets in moderation because truthfully if I ate the things I crave I don’t think any amount of walking or exercise would help me out. So, moderation is key! Let’s just hope I can stay strong and keep it going. HAHA. Wish me luck!

I’ve been to a lot of blog’s lately and a lot of them are all filled with food, recipes and things like that. I love it because I find great things to make all the time that I wouldn’t even think about making before I stumbled upon them. The only picky eater I have is Jordan. The girls and Jayden eat anything and everything. I think Jordan got his picky eating from me though. I am a very picky eater. If Jordan says he doesn’t like something, I’ll try it because if I eat it he will too in most cases. Even if I don’t like something I stomach it just to see if he’ll try it. Do any of you have picky eaters? if so, any tips or suggestions that could help with getting him to eat out of his comfort zone?

Now, before I end this I wanted to post this video from a couple of days ago. It’s very short, but very cute. It’s Ava skipping… Or at least what she thinks is skipping. I don’t have the heart to tell her otherwise, because she is so proud and she is so happy doing it this way.. so she can do it until her hearts content!

What do you think, cute eh? I have to get more videos of the kids doing cute things. They do all the time, but like usual I always forget to video it all. I will be better, I want to start making all my little videos into a DVD for when the kids are older! I say it all the time, but maybe if I keep saying it I’ll eventually learn to VIDEO things!

Are you into body building or using supplements? I’d hope everyone would read body building supplement reviews before doing these things. I am a person who reads about EVERYTHING. Even if I think I know the answers, I’ll look it up just to be sure. Can’t hurt right? It’s always better to be safe than sorry… At least I think so! :)

Lately people have really started to get on my nerves. Why do people tend to say the dumbest things or act as though they are 16 years old when in fact they are well into their 30’s? I’ll never get it. Expect a protected post soon to touch on this… You’ll be shocked.

People who act like a child when they have children.. That will always baffle my mind. If you have children and are still acting like a child yourself I feel sorry for your children. Not like I didn’t before because of who their parents are but add the maturity level and its just pure sadness. It’s funny too because I’m the type of person who would do anything for anyone but not anyone who acts like that. People who are so self absorbed, and too wrapped up in themselves to care about anything but themselves and even forget about their children. So disgusting. If you act like this do everyone a favor including your innocent children; don’t reproduce.

Anyways, Chase has been a great addition to our family. He is so sweet, and itty bitty. Everyone just loves him. Every time I take him for walks people stop me. “What kind of dog is it?” “Whats your dogs name?” “How old is your dog?” “Oh my gosh! he’s so cute!” It’s hilarious, if he understood what everyone was thinking and saying about him he would be a very cute dog with a big head! He had his first bath last night and didn’t even put up a fight or splash which most dogs usually do! He’s such a good boy.

The kids just love the dog.. Which I knew they would. Kyla likes to pick him up a lot which we have to keep telling her not to do and put him down. He has had 1 accident in the house since we got him and that’s it!! I take him out a lot, and I walk him at least 3x a day.. He loves his walks. He walks so good on his leash too. He’s very much my dog. He always wants to be with me. The other day we took all the kids to the park. I was walking holding hands with Ava and pushing Jayden’s stroller while my hubby had Jordan, His friend, and Kyla. He had Chase behind me and he kept whining to get to me and trying to run towards me. He does it no matter what, he just wants me all the time. It’s too funny, but at least he knows me as master/mom! It’s adorable.

I’ve been a little MIA with blogging the past few days. I’ve been so exhausted, and preoccupied with the kids. We’ve been outside playing, going for walks, having trips to the 2 parks around our house and just enjoying the weather before the rain is suppose to hit tomorrow. I’ll be blogging more though. Do you stuffer from eczema? I’ve never had it nor do I wish to have it but from what I hear it can be rather annoying. If you do have it check out this site for some eczema treatment. I very rarely have any issues with my skin the only thing that ever gets to be annoying is I burn really easily. Thankfully though once I’ve burnt, it turns to a cute tan and I just get darker and darker as the summer goes on. A friend of mine burns EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. shes out in the sun. NOT SO FUN.

Well a lot of you either guessed or follow me on Twitter and found out we got a puppy!! We got an adorable lil guy who is 3/4 chihuahua & 1/4 jack russell… and is a perfect fit for our family! We just love him to bits. He is so sweet, and has the sweetest little face! Click the photos to enlarge!

Believe me, You think he’s cute? - he’s about 1000 times cuter in person! About a week or so ago I was looking through kijiji and saw him with his brothers/sisters. I thought they were all adorable but he caught my eye. I said ooohhhh and awwwwa and my hubby said NO. So, a few days ago I was back on just checking and he was the only one left. I knew right then I had to have him! We wrote the lady, emailed back & forth and finally Tuesday afternoon at 1p my hubby picked him up! He was born January 18th, 2010 and hes tiny tiny tiny. At 6 wks he was 1.4lbs.. and now hes about 4-5lbs. He’s had his first shots and has been dewormed. His mother was 8lbs and father 6lbs. He won’t get very big. Even the pictures make him look bigger than he is! He is so cute, loving and just follows me everywhere! The kids were so excited and I had to remind the girls a few times hes ours, he isn’t going anywhere! They are still a little hyper with him and excited but its goign to be a journey! A really great one for our family… hes the perfect addition to complete our family!
